Lots of work to keep one busy so no boredom
Lots of room to learn as the company is going thru change. Good place to be in medical device if you really want to learn.
Flexible work hours in certain departments
Most people close their computer and leave by 5pm so you can have a good personal life
If you have experience you will definitely bring something to the table and may get valued.Cons
