I have been working at Invesco

The people I work with are all very personable and fun to work with. Management is very open about giving you the opportunity to explore different career paths within the firm. Pay is very good for the location and vs competitors. Very broad product suite and the company as a whole seems to be on the upswing.

People don't seem to be all that interested in the markets which I was a little disappointed with. Brand recognition could be A LOT better. Promotions seems to be somewhat more based on how well you get along with management and seniority than straight performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to attract people who are more industry savvy and work towards more of a meritocracy type environment. A major tech upgrade for the sales force would be helpful as well.
