    Nice people in the office, decent health insurance, okay 401k


    No work life balance, modern day slave ship and then you get fired because they need to downsize. Everyone always afraid of getting fired

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do more to keep employees happy. Little things go a long way. Don't have crazy CEO from England try to scare employees.
