It is a great place to start your career and learn about the basics of Market Research. For junior level staff, it can be initially rewarding and a great stepping stone. Training has improved in the past few years and seems to be much more readily available. Benefits are about average for the industry.

Over the past few years the company dynamic has changed a great deal. There is very little growth opportunities for further advancement and work life balance is nearly non-existent. Many internal business units seem to be extremely top heavy in leadership, with few resources to actually get the work done. The expectation is to work late nights and weekends and do whatever it takes to get the work accomplished with no reward which can be very disheartening over time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is not enough focus placed on junior level staff. When there is late night/weekend work, it is often the junior level staff that makes that happen. Consider improving morale, work-life balance and making senior management more accountable for their teams.
