    I have been working at Ipswitch full-time (less than a year)


    When I started 10 months ago it was good because we had good leadership and teammates. As I worked on projects I felt that my contributions was appreciated by my project manager. She was a nice lady who asked real good questions. It's been a decent paycheck for me. They give me insurance to go to the doctors when I need to. and my manager lets me take vacation when I ask permission.


    Just seems that there's been a different feeling about the office with a couple people who was fired that meant a lot to me. I'm a dedicated colleague and I think my manager sees that but I wished that we knew what all our hard work ended up being used for. Not really a career just a job because my new manager doesn't spend enough time on my development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I don't know what to say.I think you can do more for the people who are doing the long hours down here. We want to see solutions to what we told you when you came to visit us. Need to alleviate the friction internally with all the processes. An the biggest thing you need to help us with is developing our careers. I think my manager needs to be trained on how to do that. I'll give you a 2 stars because you said for us to be patient so I am.
