I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time for less than a year

Iron Mountain provides a great training program for new hires in the customer response/issue resolution departments. It is set up exactly how I learn new concepts so it was definitely a plus for me.

Management seems to be pretty strict on the work schedule. I understand this is necessary to service the customers appropriately but allowing a little leniency would be preferred from the employees perspective.
