I have been working at Iron Mountain Inc full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

As a courier CDL B driver, every day is different and challenging. Enjoy working independently. Management very responsive to concerns. Friendly, hard working crew.

    Cons

Some days are very long. Management in transportation has always had difficulty maintaining a full staff due to turn over. Customer service has always been a problem despite attempts at improvement. Customer service is the biggest complaint drivers receive from the front line customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just to continue working on improving customer service. Just to continue to try to maintain full staff.
