    Pros

Interesting work, interesting customers and good people. For recent grads and people in early/mid stages of their career, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and fairly rapid path to it, along with a good mechanisms for feedback. Commissions and bonuses are paid out regularly and the criteria for earn out is well communicated. Excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

Overall structure limits growth opportunities for senior team members. Accounts are reassigned in seemingly arbitrary ways at times, where the person who brought in the account may have it reassigned to someone else. At the time I was there, the culture was in transition due to changes in management and focus.

    Advice to Management

You need to think about how you want to motivate and incentivize senior members of the team where bonus earn out might not be the only factor.
