    Pros

    Great, smart people worked there. The leadership team was very good at one time.

    Cons

    Too many changes in too short of a period of time. Leadership became an issue and there was a lot of turnover.

    Pick a direction and stick to it. Provide opportunity for growth and pay attention to top talent.
