    I worked at Ithaca College

    Pros

    It was great to work as a student because you were right there on campus, so it was easy to get to. Also the money I earned was tax free.

    Cons

    The big downside was that as a student you didn't earn a lot of money. Another downside was that the area where I worked took themselves way too seriously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The leaders that I had weren't very good at all. They insisted on maintaining a level of professionalism that wasn't very appropriate for the situation.
