I worked at Ivie full-time (more than an year)Pros
Lots of down time, plenty of time to socialize and network.
Also, they worship their interns.Cons
Leadership lacks leadership and turns a blind eye while different departments throw each other under the bus and points fingers at each other. This is an inexperienced and extremely insecure company that operates out of fear and uncertainly, so they bicker and gossip about everyone; each project is executed with little style or finesse because no one truly has any idea what's going on.
Don't expect to get paid well here; they low ball you. And management is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and disengaged - that's why there's a lot of blaming and stealing revenue shares. There are also employees with mediocre experience who should be fired, but they stay around because of nepotism.Advice to ManagementAdvice
