    Nice people. Good education in my field. 20% Employee Discount.


    No time off. Won't even respond if you ask for it. Benefits don't kick in until 6 months. The draw/commission system is worthless and a total rip off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Update your system. Stop wasting money on travel and stupid meetings then complaining you aren't making any money. Give back to your employees. Morale was a joke.
