    I worked at J. C. Penney

    Pros

    easy job that didn't require much thought..college job easy with hangover. Didn't take much to impress. Didn't require extravagant work

    Cons

    boring...very boring.. quiet dead job. Management had weird people. Some of the people were inappropriate for the work environment. Did NOT like their information system/register software.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    play louder music in the store. Change the register system.( having to type in a password before ringing up every customer is annoying)
