    I have been working at J.D. Power full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Depends on which group you get hired.

    Cons

    - Environment of fear
    - Employees are badly treated
    - People who provide honest feedback are threatened
    - Culture of animosity
    - Open announcements to the entire team that they will be fired
    - Over all moral is very low
    - Issue with proper definition of Roles & Responsibilities
    - Destructive politics ( post 6 PM activities)

    Conduct third party audit for all employees within each group managers
