Good benefits, flexibility to work from home. Decent pay.

Not sure where to begin. This place lacks culture or energy. The Troy office is very drab and is not conducive to any socialization. Everyone just hides in their cube. Upper management is pretty clueless. There are people that have been employed here for like almost a year and have never done any work. Just sitting and watching YouTube all day. If you are used to any type of innovation or technology at your former job, you will die from lack of creativity here. No one understand websites or social media and their role in the customer experience. Really missing a huge opportunity here.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate the structure of the organization. J.D. Power is not really known as a strategic partner to their clients and prospective clients, but rather a place that tries to sell us stuff. There is a huge opportunity to provide valuable consulting outside of the syndicated studies. Figure out how to be more techologicially more forward thinking. J.D. Power relies heavily on their name in the industry but meanwhile their competition is becoming more innovative.
