    Pros

Great pay, culture, opportunities for growth and success. Excellent training structure and ability to obtain the skills necessary to succeed. Supportive management that foster and environment you want to work in.

    Cons

No real cons that I can think of. The only thing is J.P. Morgan is so big that the ladder if very high to climb. You have plenty of intelligent colleagues to compete with when climbing, but that's not really a bad thing because they challenge you and you can learn from everyone.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, continue to foster an environment that your employees want to work for. Maintain the values that have placed J.P. Morgan at the top of the list of firms worldwide.
