    Pros

    Great to employees, encourages to advance quickly, willing to work with you with schedule adherence, great team managers. Great coworkers, food days often, decent pay, over time available almost every day.

    Cons

    Attendance is number one priority, dealing with nasty customers over the phone blaming one for declines and yelling(call center). Long shifts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communication is the key. Upper management does not communicate with team managers, leads and employees well. There's always miscommunication. Learn how to work together well.
