Not happy here, revolving door with many people leaving.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, good time off policy with four weeks of vacation plus six days sick leave. Health benefits are above average. Good downtown location that is easy to get to.

    Cons

Very political environment. Expect very long work hours. Company does not appreciate it's employees. Lots of backstabbing. NOT a friendly work experience. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit playing games with your people and concentrate on getting something worthwhile done instead of just looking to move up the ladder.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
