Current Employee - Loan Servicing Spec in Fort Worth, TX

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for less than a year

It's a job is the only pro. It is by far one of the worse companies I have worked for. The supervisors and management are either too laid back and indifferent or strict and over your shoulder all the time. They micromanage everything with their time and processed items programs they have. It measures productivity which in hindsight is a bad idea for the people with several job functions throughout their shift. You will get laid off if you dont meet their standards of productivity no matter how hard you work and how much you lend yourself to other departments

    High turn over
lack of management or managerial training
    Non department specific training classes
Pick and choose what skills you learn for your department, you won't know everything if you needed to fill in for a member of your team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit your day job, lack of job skills on your part makes very unhappy employees
