I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you are a self-starter and at the right branch location with the right demographic of clients, you are sure to be successful in your role. There is a lot of room for career advancement. I like that the culture has moved more in the direction of taking care of client's needs first and not just selling a product.

    Cons

There is hardly any room for advancement or transitioning from the retail side to corporate.
