    Pros

    There are many pros when you work for the largest bank in the United States. They offered great training and I was well prepared to working in my first call center. They hourly pay was good and they also offer overtime to all employees which is a great way to make extra money. I was there for almost 2 years and received numerous awards, but was never promoted nor given a raise so I left the company.

    Cons

    The reviews are very strict so one must make sure that he or she does everything the way they want you to or you will not get a raise.

    Advice to Management

    There was a lot of micro management which was good and bad. The bi-annual and annual reviews were way to strict making it very difficult for anyone to get a raise.
