For a part-time job, it is definitely worth it.

I worked at J.P. Morgan part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Part-time teller, when I worked for the company over a year ago, either worked 20 or 30 hours per week. Being part-time you still get paid vacations days, paid sick days, the option to get health, vision and dental insurance. Once you are vested with the company you have the option to get a 401K where the company matches up to 5%, a retirement plan and the option to buy stock. You even get commission type things and possible bonuses at the end of the year. Not too shabby.

    Cons

It is a major corporation so you have a lot of rules and a lot of management above you.
