    I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I was paid fairly, I enjoyed some of my co-workers.

    Cons

    The managers are incompetant, they hire people who have no skills and who do not do any work, there was favortism, illegal practices, and fraud. A group of us tried to report everything that was going on to HR, Code of Conduct, no one did anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop bullying, give the workers a voice, hire competant workers with ethics.
