    Pros

As a teller at Chase, I was given very competitive pay and benefits. In addition, there was a large emphasis on customer service rather than sales. There were incentives for sales, however, the emphasis on service made the job less stressful when personal sales goals were not met.

    Cons

It's hard to move up. I noticed that people in management positions tended to be hired from the outside.

    Advice to Management

Reward your employees for their longevity of service and hard work by promoting within.
