Great training if you are new to the industry, but has some drawbacks. Great for people new to the workforce.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Lots of paid holidays off
    -4 weeks paid vacation
    -Full heath benefits
    -Very small stock options
-Will pay you an hourly wage and sponsor you through the series 6,63, and Life licensing with a 2K bonus if you pass
-They will pay for your CA notary registration as well
    -Free premiere bank account
-Incentive is earned on a tiered, monthly basis on top of hourly wage. You accumulate PVCs or product value credits which are assessed to different products(loans, deposit balances, credit cards, and investments). Bottom line, you are getting 150% of your PVCs in dollars if you produce more than 2000 per month.

    Cons

-Large corporation loses touch with clients and real life situations that do not fit into the realm of policy and procedures (P&P)
-Inconsistent knowledge from back office, for example: You can call back three times and get three different answers for the same question
    -Peers can be dead weight

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Support your team members more
-Hold partners more accountable to actions
    -

    Neutral Outlook
