    Pros

Large company looks good on resume and sounds good when telling friends and relatives what you are "doing with your life."
    Good benefits.
They sell their brand well from the first days of training, and you feel when you are starting a strong desire to work hard to help yourself and the company grow.
The size of the company and corporate upper level PR to employees gives a sense of security.

    Cons

Pay well under other similar titles, adding more work and duties with no extra pay and often making bonuses harder to meet even though employees are taking on more responsibility.
Awarded as yearly top performer, consistently exceeding in performance reviews, taking on leadership roles and helping train new employees, given extra responsibility including closing entire department, yet not given a title or pay raise despite extra responsibility.
Inconsistent and misleading information from management more to appease employees than to actually follow through. Upper management lied and mislead employees numerous times, and when brought up with management brushed aside.
Employees who made complaints about unfair treatment were witch hunted and numerous instances where former instances often months back were suddenly brought up and employees were written up after making complaints to management.
Promotions of lesser qualified and underachieving employees for political reasons.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should actually follow through on their PR promises to employees, because in turn the treatment leads employees to not care and just bide their time until they a. quit b. get fired c. find a better job, in the meantime passing on this apathy and lack of empathy of management on to employees.
