    I worked at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

    Big company
    great reputation
    great marketing
    good benefits
    lots of locations

    Cons

company is very political and a huge boys club. Management can be incompetent and still nothing is done till too much damage has been done. instead of fixing issues they just try to cover up issues and customers are the ones that suffer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

consider listening to your employees and stop covering up issues instead of fixing them . stop being a biys club look at actual talent versus who you know

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
