    I have been working at JAKKS Pacific full-time (more than an year)


    The best part about Jakks is that you work with other talented, hard working, capable, individuals to create unique and innovative toys. People routinely go the extra mile to get the job done.


    Nepotism is rampant and very often you will kill yourself to finish a project only to find out that your work is no longer relevant or needed. Promotions are hard to come by except when you get to higher levels within the company. The organization and structure as a whole is constantly shifting. Not very stable at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your greatest asset are the employees that you have that are already excited to come and make toys for kids. You should do everything in your power to make that the key focus of everyone there and remove all the bureaucracy/obstacles that prevent people from doing that. Its such a poor reflection on your company when your employees say they work at a toy company and they aren't even close to satisfied about it.
