You'll have freedom to work as hard as you want. Put in the hours you want. IF you have A LOT of contacts you can make a decent living.
LOTS of COLD Calling. After consistently making goals, one bad sales month, you're in the dog house. Also, if your customer cancels service in under 2 years, you "take a hit" or charge back... Even if the customer cancels, say, due to relocation. Heavy turn-over rate. (5-8 sales people hired in a month, 10 quit at end of same month).
Advice to Management
Review charge-back policy ie; Don't make sales person the 'fall guy.'
