Good PTO program. Benefits were good in beginning. Some good equipment.

People they hired like fleet manager have no industry related experience but orders equipment that is not what's needed or useful. Constantly hiring more VP's instead of addressing issues. A lot of management in positions because they where there when acquired so promoted for no reason other than already at that location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't make promises to employees that you are going to forget the minute you walk out the door. Do not spend millions on equipment with out at least minor input from field employees that use it and can tell you what would be practical in its application. Make local managers more directly accountable for all items including worker moral which doesn't take a genious to know affects performance.
