Great co-workers, flex schedule, as challenging as you want it to be.
As mentioned in other reviews, good ol' boy network is in full effect. Upper management is constantly bickering with each other. Decisions are made with out any fact gathering, it is then the responsibility of staff to clean up the messes. Outsourcing continues to grow despite all the issues it has caused. Management does not care about employees at all. Work from home is frowned upon. The issues are especially bad the higher you go in IT.
Advice to Management
-Loyalty is earned not demanded.
-Listen to your employees, don't dismiss all they have to say out of hand.
-Gather requirements BEFORE making sweeping decisions.
-Transparency is required, closed doors sew distrust.
-The first ones to go are always the talent that can easily find other jobs, and usually the hardest to replace.
-This used to be "A great place to work".
-Management needs to go and see what other companies are offering talent.
