    Pros

Jacobs entertainment is a great company. In regards to the Surveillance department you get great experience and develop the skills to advance greatly within the field.

    Cons

Management has bad attitude and likes to play favorites. The pay doesn't equate to the amount of work which other Surveillance rooms do. The pay is set at market level but the work product expected is far greater than the work product expected within the market. No room for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Balance the work load and the pay. Stop trying to add more to the work load without increasing compensation. Start actually investing in your employees. Remove the bias from descion making.
