The view from the break room was beautiful. Company offers Summer Friday's. There were a select few people in the office who made going into work each day somewhat bearable.

I honestly do not know where to be begin and am SHOCKED that I am the first person to write a review. I've witnessed a very high turnover rate and extremely upset employees from my short time working with this company. The first word that comes to mine to describe the work environment is toxic. From the dishonesty and lack of integrity with our clients' budgets and work to the blatant disrespect that circulates this office, this is truly a terrible place to work. Employees were constantly feeling disrespected and duped by upper management. Aside from the basic fundamentals of a healthy work environment that were lacking, there is absolutely no company culture at Jacobs and Clevenger. The Creative team did do a great job of trying to rally everyone together, but at the end of the day when upper management won't even host a holiday party or happy hour, it's hard to have a united (and happy!) team.

    Advice to Management

In all honesty, the outlook for this company is completely grim. From the tyrants at the top to the princess of the Account Team that works remote, there is no way this company will ever win a top client, which they so desperately need. Aside from generally trying to be a better, more decent group of human beings, my advice would be to realize the talent you have and treat them with respect.
