    Pros

small business feel if that's the atmosphere you enjoy

    Cons

I have had the fortunate experience of working at a few fortune 500 companies and this company has to be one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Ironically, this company strives to be "Best Places to Work", however, they completely ignored that everyone in the company hates working there. Typical HR says they "made changes" but dusting the office, isn't a significant change to the unnecessary hierarchy and the treatment of managers to their employees. People are always threatened to get fired and rude comments are passed to team members from managers that are extremely inappropriate. I am really surprised that this behavior has not been controlled after many people have complained...but then again, HR isn't really big on pleasing the little guys. Nothing is more frustrating when you have to work with managers that are completely incompetent or full of themselves and have no idea how to do their job. Quite unfortunate for company already going down the gutter. The location of this office is terrible, you will be miserable. After i quit, everyone was happy for me that I got out of the so-called "prison." My advice, if you are young, STAY AWAY!

    Advice to Management

If you decide to promote someone, especially as a manager, make sure they are trained on HOW to be a manager. Even better, have some sort of people skills and can actually hold a conversation with their team members. Honestly, the company management is embarrassing. Might want to work on getting rid of more than half of of your management team.
