Fellow teachers, being able to do what you were called to do, be a positive force in student's lives.
Politics, politics, politics. If your school has a good principal then you are fine. If you don't then there is little you can do to save yourself from being treated poorly and your every move being watched by administration.
Advice to Management
Appreciate teachers and let them do what they were trained to do. Work with new teachers collaboratively and be patient with them as they grow.
