I worked at Jewish Child Care Association of New York full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Kids, lay out of campus, helping the children. It was rough at first as some are going thru a lot and distrustful of people. But once engaged most are easier to get along with and help.

    Cons

Senior Management does not care about staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more mindful of the people that work for your organization
