    You sell superior merchandise and can truly offer top notch customer service because you can take care of a customer from a to z in store.


    It is a company left in the dinosaur age! They are not employee focused. They don't provide the staff with the tools and resources necessary to recruit and retain the best talent in the retail market. A lot of the Field Leadership leave much to be desired in the areas of building, leading, and inspiring their people.

    Advice to Management

    Start Over. Look at company's like Brook Brothers, Nordstrom, Gap Inc, Wegmans, etc. It's not hard, there are company's that are doing it right.
