I have been working at John Crane

The best reason I can think of is the 10 paid holidays. Having the extra holiday off is ok.

Unfair to it's employees. Greedy. John Crane seems to have no understanding of family life for the employees. Too quick to repremand people for the smallest thing that does not "fit in the John Crane rules" that seem to change any time they want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have some consideration for your employees. When you take everything away that they have had, and then take a little more, how can you expect it to be a happy workplace? When the employees are not getting any positive acknowlegement of a "job well done," what's there to keep the morale up? John Crane is a big company that makes big dollars. Share some of that with your employees and also relax on some of the small pity rules that have developed. It's gets rediculous and continues to make for a hostile work environment.
