    I have been working at John Crane


    Climate controlled, 401k,friendly people in the shop,knowledgeable people on the floor.


    Ppl not happy about the old production manager getting a demotion to process engineering tech with a office making 90g a year and always on the floor yucking it up with the boys,when he could be in the office learning how to do his job. nobody's ever said anything because of repercussion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay people what there worth. Pay more attention to the people's needs on the floor.
