I have been working at John Sanfilippo & Son full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great core of employees in the plant, very friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Not told the truth when interviewing with company about position
Micromanaged, will not allow Supervisors to run departments or make decision
    Way over reactive to situations
No safety program at all, machine safeguards are all bypassed and injuries are common
    Equipment run to failure
