High employee turnover rate due to the language barrier and poor on the job training. Terrible communication within the company. Unable to plan weekends because you work schedule revolves around the production schedule. Constant belittling from management. Your suggestions or ideas will only be taken into consideration depending how much it will cost to put into action or if the company fails a customer audit of the factory. Your job responsibility will involve other departments unrelated to what your duties of your job title. Hourly employees receive 2 weeks vacation and must wait 10 years to receive 3 weeks.
Advice to Management
Practice what you preach. Why have yearly training on quality or LEAN manufacturing when the supervisors worry about their hourly quota production?
