I have been working at Johns Hopkins Health System full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

In general, a good place to work. Lots of room to grow. Diversity is promoted strongly. Top management interacts very well with floor employees.

    Cons

Mentoring in all areas should be better. Team building needs to be stressed more often. As is often the case in most companies, HR is very pro-company.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
