I have been working at Johns Hopkins Medicine full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to work to build a great resume and to get good experience. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people there, willing to teach you whatever you need to know. They are also big advocates on education, and will pay for many classes or online courses if they apply to your position.

    Cons

They do not pay well, and it is very hard to be promoted within the Nursing Administration. They require a masters degree for a management position, rather than experience which is stupid in my opinion.
