I worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine full-time

Johns Hopkins is a high visibility institution and is well resourced, receiving grants that are applied for seems to be more frequent here than the national average.

Due to the reputation of the institution salaries for positions at Johns Hopkins are generally lower than other institutions for almost any equivalent position.

    Advice to Management

There were very few programs, seminars, or opportunities just for postdoctoral researchers. Other institutions have programs that benefit postdoctoral researchers and help them with their careers and these weren't available to my knowledge.
