I have been working at Johnson Controls full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Flexible schedule for family. Safe, clean working environment. Employees taken care of. Employees get a bonus almost every year as long as the division had a good year.

    Cons

Hard to move up in the company. Lots of changes in the company right now and that makes employees nervous about their future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Know your employees and reward the hard workers. There are some people who don't seem to work as hard or care as much as others.
