I worked at Johnson Controls full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, health, 401k. Good pay. Always felt there was always someone there to talk to about benefit questions. Hardly ever worked weekends, unless super busy.

    Cons

Have to work for a long time in order to get to day shift. In order to be on day shift they go by seniority.

    Advice to Management

Better advancement opportunities. Need better ways of communicating. Need a better attendance system. More vacation days for the people who have been there a long time.
