They treat employees really well. The company just recently added 5 days of vacation to all full time employees. Interns are paid extremely well and hours are very flexible, especially during the school year. We are even allowed to participate in Summer Hours (9 hrs per day Mon-Thu, half day Friday) and aren't penalized for each month.

Every year you advance in school you get a pay raise, however this has to come with notification from the manager. Some managers are very slow at getting this taken care of and new hires that you train end up making more than you for a month or so.

    Advice to Management

Keep treating your employees well so they love working for you. Keep it up with the benefits and events that happen around the campus.
