    Great training, good base pay, good opportunity for growth, great benefits.


    Horrible commission plan and good luck getting a full bonus check; management will find a way to cut it down to very little. It's also a very silo'ed company and your biggest competition may come from other sales reps from other divisions of the company. There's no team atmosphere and it's very challenging to put together a team to land large opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow comission sharing for larger opportunities without taking money off the plate of all the sales reps. Also allow for booking sharing between divisions.
