I worked at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson

There are some exceptionally talented people at this firm who are committed to results and producing quality work for clients. True leaders of industry who will leave their mark. If you are lucky you will have the opportunity to work for these individuals and you will learn an incredible amount.

During my employment nepotism was the name of the game. One rule, if you are talented don't be uppity, know your place as it were. Some managers prefer obedience over thinking, better to stroke their ego than actually excel at the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Aspire to hire a talented diverse pool of candidates. This firm has a old boys club feel where at times it felt like half the people there because they are from the 'right' neighborhood.
