Very contentious working environment, not the culture for me!

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (less than an year)

Above-average pay for area. Flexible work schedules.

A lot of finger-pointing, "it's not my job" attitudes, aging work-force which recieves most of the better benefits. People have no problem yelling at others in the office, very intimidating environment to be a part of. Not much being done to attract and retain new blood. No training plans for new employees and poor process documentation to work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on your culture! The J & J Creedo sounds nice, but it needs to be enforced in all aspects of the business. Treat new employees with the respect they deserve and at least give them a decent training experience. Mine was non-existent.
