The office environment is friendly for the most part only a few people who obviously hate their job and take it out on subordinates.
Management is very flexible with schedule if you are part time.
Management is understanding of the challenges one may face with clients.
Yearly raises are common practice.Cons
The job is extremely frustrating due to internal communication on top of already having communication difficulties with the foreign clients.
Everyone in every department is drowning in work and not being compensated for the amount of effort expected, pay is very low when starting out.
Customer service expectations are extremely low. When a CS representative needs help or answers from senior workers to help clients it is often a struggle to get the answers or fix the solution in order to have happy clients. This is an issue with the office culture, management doesn't care, senior workers don't care, and it trickles down to the entry level workers.
Nepotism is obvious. Some are victims of favoritism.Advice to ManagementAdvice
The owner seriously needs to re-consider how things are run, he is stuck in his ways and is not open to changing or improving things. Money is not put back into what is needed to build up the company but rather on minor changes. Expansion is needed in every aspect.Doesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
